Very impressive. I was expecting the high melody to drown out all those sumptuous 3-valve low harmonies. I see far too many V12s out there that shriek like some bratty 6yo girl.

I have a s600, need some advice. I had all cats removed, primary and secondary, and had piping done, but its stuck in limp mode, wont go more than like 5 mph. Only codes are o2 sensor heater circuit. How did you fool the car into thinking the cats were still on it? Spacers? Or a tune? Because i cant find any tunes for the NA V12 either.... thank you

You don't say "An S600", you say "A S600". A is used before a noun that starts with a consonant sound (e.g., “s,” “t,” “v”). An is used before a noun that starts with a vowel sound (e.g., “a,” “o,” “i”).

Best advice don't do it

If you take your car to what ever type of repair shop, photograph as much as you can of your car including under the hood (bonnet), trunk (boot) and run a felt tip with squiggly lines on the battery, don't forget your wheels and tyres. Do this just before you go. When you collect your car have a good look around it and see that nothing has been switched for inferior items or damage.

I'm considering doing this to a '96 R129 (5 speed)...the only thing putting me off is the risk of "drone" when cruising at higher speed...in your experience, was there a noticeable drone in the cabin & if so, at what speed/revs? Thanks :-)

Hello, Just an advice for those who want to listen. I'm a retired mechanic who worked in the 70ies on Citroën DS hydraulic systems. One of the main reasons for blockage in the system is the deterioration of the rubber membrane in the sphere accumulators. If your suspension oil is black, there is a probability that the accumulators are starting to die. Maybe it is wise to change them. 😀 Good luck, take care. 👍
